Yoga Express: 4 Short Yoga Workouts
Yoga is one of the fastest growing fitness classes in the Western world, with the teachings and practices of the East becoming a greater influence in the way we all approach health and enlightenment. But we also live in a busy world, where mile-a-minute schedules are the normal. That is why Yoga Express: 4 Short Yoga Workouts was created.
The video is led by Evamarie Pilipuf, a well known yoga and fitness expert who has done a number of videos for people to follow at home, as well as taught at her own studio. She offers you the choice between four different workouts, each one between 10 and 25 minutes long.
These will work to increase calories burned in the day, build and tone muscle, help balance, improve flexibility, and calm and center you. Just a 10 minute yoga workout and you will feel more able to face the day, and more relaxed. I bought it myself to follow at the end of my lunch break, and it has helped improve my day, and my work productivity.
Yoga Express is not for those who are looking for intense workouts, but it is great for the beginner, or just for those that don’t have time to go through a full hours meditation.
