M*A*C Prep + Prime Skin Review

Everyone knows the need for a good moisturizer to hold makeup in place, and keep foundation from flaking off. Likewise, everyone knows that you need a good anti-aging product to help smooth out those wrinkles that are a tragic reminder of the passing years. But finding one that really works…that can be tricky.

M*A*C has managed to find the ultimate for both purposes, however. Prep + Prime Skin is a super moisturizing lotion that works to properly hydrate the skin, while using a silicone-based formula to fill in fine lines and deep wrinkles. This gives you an even surface, and keeps the skin hydrated enough to hold foundation and eye makeup in place.

Meant to be worn under a finishing powder, it also reduces redness and improves overall tone, eliminating the need to wear as much powder or foundation as would normally be necessary. It’s oil-eliminating formula keeps pores from clogging, so those with sensitive skin, or adult acne, will be able to use it without worrying about creating a worst condition.

While it only does so much one it’s own, it is one of the more impressive of M*A*C products, and with the full set of Prep + Prime, it is a must have for any mature woman.
